KAAI DISTRICT: a new place to live, work and relax

This mixed-use project – developed in a public-private partnership – foresees the complete redevelopment of the existing car-park between the train Station and the Dender river.

The public part includes the construction of a commuter parking lot (900 cars), bicycles (700 bicycles) and offices (1,980 sqm) for the SNCB.

The private part will be a mixed-use development – consisting of residential units, working spaces, local shops and leisure areas, – offering an amazing view on the Dender. All surrounded by a green landscape!
