Green Station is a large-scale residential project of 56,890 m², comprising 535 residential units over 10 buildings upon completion. The development, co-lead by BESIX RED and partner Thomas & Piron Bâtiment, will be spread over four phases.

Its location gave the project its name ‘Green station’, and to add a creative touch to the project, each building will be named after a European city with a major railway station.

Green Station is an ambitious, sustainable, green project focused on soft mobility. One of the key aims of the project is to reduce traffic as much as possible, leaving space for pedestrians, cyclists, landscaped areas and promenades. The aim is to offer future residents a car-free living environment, with maximum use of landscaped areas.

Its varied apartment typology allows for an inter-generational mix in this brand-new neighbourhood.
