Matisse 16 Brussels

  • 41,500 sqm

  • Neutelings Riedijk Architects

Standing like an entry door to Brussels, Matisse 16 is today being conceived as a 41,500 sqm mixed-use development including: 20,000 sqm of new contemporary and high-quality offices under the brand Matisse 16 Working, co-living space and housing units under the umbrella of Matisse 16 Living, as well as some retail space and community facilities, in a fully developed landscape.

Strategically located near NATO and at the crossroads of the main axes, including Boulevard Leopold III linking Meiser to Brussels airport, Matisse is set to become the epicenter of an exemplary new urban and multimodal hub.

Designed by award winning Architects, Neutelings Riedijk, Matisse 16 is set to offer a true urban and lively experience at the entrance to Brussels. This creative reimagining of a 1970s building spearheads a new vision – for Evere in particular, and Brussels as a whole.

Matisse 16 follows a fossil-free approach. With Matisse 16 Working, BESIX RED is targeting the BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications.

With wellbeing, sustainability and connectivity at its heart, the project makes a bold statement and offers a comprehensive experience where working, living and relaxing come together.
