Located in the Central Business District of Brussels, Lighthouse is a state-of-the-art office project which offers 5,513 sqm GLA on 11 floors of prime office space and facilities with a 360° panoramic view. The project consists in the renovation of an outdated office building with a strong history to a modern workspace responding to current and future environmental and wellbeing at work standards with which it aims to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WELL Platinum certifications.

Lighthouse was originally built in 1962 by architects Jean and André Polak. These same architects have designed the Atomium for Expo 58, one of the most famous emblems of Brussels. The magnificent façade will be maintained and further magnified by B2Ai architects and BESIX RED.
