The Molière project, on the site formerly known as Delhaize Molière, is located in the commune of Ixelles, between Chaussée de Waterloo and rue Léon Jouret.

The aim, together with the architects Moatti-Rivière and B2Ai, is to transform this site into a mixed-use project that is integrated into the neighbourhood, featuring residential, commercial and public facilities.
