PURE, designed by architect Coldefy and landscape architect LAND, is a sustainable 8,000 sqm office project at the entrance to Lille, in line with the new needs of the working world and with an ambitious environmental approach that puts nature at the heart of the project. The project was designed with well-being in mind and developed as a fossil-free and smart building, aiming to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WELL certifications.
