The WellBe project is a state of the art office development scheme extremely well located in the Parque das Nações. This site is a successful regeneration of Northern Lisbon where the International Exposition of 1998 took place. WellBe will propose 27,635m² of offices and 1,240m² of retail spaces spread over 11 floors with fantastic views on the Tejo river.

WellBe will aim at setting a new benchmark on the Lisbon office market in terms of sustainability and user experience by obtaining the BREEAM Excellent, Well Platinum, WiredScore Gold, passive house and ADENE A pre-certifications.

It will be one of the first office buildings in Lisbon to achieve the WELL Platinum certification, which confirms its orientation towards the wellbeing of its users.
